Established in 1986, FirstCity is one of the original participants in the growing market for secondary debt and portfolio asset transactions. We buy, service and manage loans of various collateral, classification and performance types. Some of the loans we purchase are on our own, some are jointly owned with capital partners and still others are owned by third party investors that engage FirstCity to manage loans and other assets on their behalf.

If you received a Welcome Letter from FirstCity Servicing Corporation, your loan has either been sold by your previous lender or assigned to us for management and servicing. We have assigned your loan to an account manager and included their contact information in your notification letter.

The terms and conditions of your loan have not been changed.
